Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical system is provided to enable to obtain an objective lens for inserting a biological sample without aberration and a focal distance difference with respect to pump beams and stocks beams. CONSTITUTION: An optical system comprises a scanning unit(230), a fiber bundle unit(260), and an objective lens unit(270). The scanning unit provides collimation beams for scanning. One end of the fiber bundle unit receives the collimation beams, and the other end of the fiber bundle unit comprises a plurality of fibers outputting the collimation beams. The objective lend unit connected to the other end of the fiber bundle unit collects focal contacts of surfaces of an object in the other end of a sample, thereby transferring the same on the top surface of the sample and inserting into the sample.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical device is provided to observe alive cells on a real time basis and to take a photograph of an inner cross section of a three dimensional image without cutting the cells. CONSTITUTION: An optical device comprises a scanning part(230), a fiber bundle part(260), and an objective lens part(270). The scanning port provides a collimated beam scanning. One end part of the fiber bundle part receives the collimated beam. The other end part of the fiber bundle part contains a plurality of fibers outputting the collimated beam. The objective lens part is connected to the other end part of the fiber bundle part. The objective lens part focuses focal orbits of an object plane of the other end in a sample(280), thereby transferring to the upper part of the sample.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical device is provided to take a photograph of an inner cross section of a three dimensional image without cutting cells and to observe not only the cells having micrometer diameters but also biological tissues in the millimeter range at a spatial resolution of about 300 nanometers. CONSTITUTION: An optical device comprises a scanning part(130), an adapter lens module(160), and a probe lens module(PLM)(170). The scanning part provides collimated beam scanning. The adapter lens module is provided so that the collimated beam forms focal orbits on an IIP(Intermediate Image Plane). The probe lens module focuses the focal orbits on a sample(190), thereby being transferring to the upper part of the sample. The probe lens module is able to be inserted into the sample.
