Abstract: PURPOSE: A dynamic valve and a fluid delivery method are provided to dynamically control the flow of fluid using the pressure applied to the fluid in a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A liquid fluid is transferred through a pipe in which the contact angle with the fluid is repetitively changed in the fluid delivery direction. The fluid is discontinuously transferred due to the changes in the contact angle. The transfer speed of the fluid in the pipe is controlled by the difference between the pressure of fluid in the pipe caused by the contact angle changes and the pressure applied to the fluid through one of the inlet and outlet of the pipe.
