Abstract: 본 발명은 내부에 두 개의 단자를 구비한 전압변성기 비교기; 전압변성기 비교기의 두 개의 단자 사이에 연결되도록 설치되는 제 1 표준저항기; 제 1 표준저항기와 직렬연결된 제 2 표준저항기; 및 제 1 표준저항기 및 제 2 표준저항기에 교류전압을 인가해주는 교류 전압원;을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 표준저항기를 이용한 전압변성기 비교기의 비오차 평가장치를 구현한 바, 위상 오차를 무시할 수 있는 정밀 표준저항기를 사용하여 넓은 범위의 비오차에 대한 전압변성기 비교기의 정확도와 직선성을 동시에 평가할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 광범위 비오차 전압변성기를 이용한 전압변성기 비교기의 직선성 평가기술과의 비교를 통하여 제조사에서 제공하는 전압변성기의 사양과 비교를 통하여 성능을 재평가할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An absolute evaluation system of a capacitor and an inductor and an absolute evaluation method thereof are provided, which can measure capacitance and inductance of a specimen by measuring phase error according to resistor value change of a voltage transformer comparator. CONSTITUTION: An AC power source(10) sanctions the AC voltage. A first element and a second element are successively and serially connected to the AC power source. One of the first element and the second element is resistor(20). The other element is a capacitor(30) or an inductor. A first element is electrically connected between N terminal(120) and X terminal(110).

Abstract: PURPOSE: An evaluation system for ratio error of voltage transformer compartator and an evaluation method thereof are provided, which can evaluate accuracy and linearity of a voltage transformer comparator. CONSTITUTION: A voltage transformer comparator(100) comprises two terminal thereinside. A first standard resistor(20) is connected to two terminals of the voltage transformer comparator. A second standard resistor(30) is serially connected to the first standard resistor. An AC power source(10) sanctions the AC voltage to the first standard resistor and the second standard resistor.
