하향 주파수 변환기에 관한 것이며, 하향 주파수 변환기는 고주파수 신호를 제1 신호로 변환시키는 제1 주파수 믹서; 및 상기 제1 신호를 제2 신호로 변환시키는 제2 주파수 믹서를 포함하되, 상기 제2 신호는, 상기 제1 신호와 국부발진기로부터 출력된 신호를 상기 제2 주파수 믹서를 통해 혼합한 다운 믹싱된 신호에 기초하여 생성된 신호일 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a CMOS rectifier. According to the present invention, duty of clock signals, which is provided to a pair of NMOS switches arranged on a bridge circuit, is controlled based on monitored voltage values by monitoring output voltages, rectified into direct currents in the CMOS bridge circuit. The output voltages of the bridge circuit are monitored; turn-off timing of the clock signals, which are provided from a comparator to a gate terminal of the NMOS switch based on the maximum value monitored, is adjusted. By adjusting the turn on/off timing of the NMOS switch, reverse leakage currents are minimized, thus efficiency of the rectifier can be maximized.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for eliminating mismatch in wireless communication system, a receiver thereof, and a LNA(Low Noise Amplifier) thereof are provided to offer a LNA to eliminate the mismatch in an input unit of the receiver. CONSTITUTION: If an input signal is wideband signal, a controller performs the common bias control for eliminating mismatch in LNA(703,705). If the input signal is narrowband signal, the controller performs independent bias control for improving the linearity in LNA(707). A receiver receives a signal of which the mismatch or adjacent channel interference is eliminated(709).
