PURPOSE: A method for a streaming service providing view and scalability information and a device thereof are provided to supply the scalability information at a TS level by inserting the scalability information into an expanded TS header. CONSTITUTION: A streaming server(2000) includes a processing unit(2010), a networking unit(2020), and a storage unit(2030). The processing unit generates an MMT(MPEG Media Transport) packet. The processing unit stores an MFU(Media Fragment Unit), an M-unit, an MMT asset, an MMT package, and the MMT packet in the storage unit. The networking unit transmits an MMT stream by using the MMT packet. The MMT packet includes one or more of a mult view video, a scalable video, and a scalable multiview video. PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a multiview video and depth image information to an MPEG-2 transport stream and a device thereof are provided to transmit the MPEG-2 transport stream by including the multiview video and the depth image information in the MPEG-2 transport stream. CONSTITUTION: A packet generating unit generates an MPEG-2 TS(Transport Stream) packet. The packet includes a multiview video stream, an additional video stream corresponding to the multiview video stream, and interpretation information about the additional video stream. A transmitting unit(250) transmits an MPEG-2 TS by using the packet. The interpretation information includes a view information about the multiview video stream and a synthesis parameter for the synthesis of images in a virtual view using a mapping relation of a depth image(220) and a multiview video. The present invention relates to an apparatus for inducing a motion vector and an induction method for the same, which is capable of inducing an additional MVP in a left candidate unit or inducing an MVP from an induction candidate group if an upper candidate unit MVP of a prediction unit is not valid when predicting two or more spatial MVPs. According to the present invention, the induction method using the apparatus comprising a motion vector induction unit, a redundancy check unit, a size limit unit and a motion vector addition unit comprises the steps of: (c) combining a left candidate block and an upper candidate block adjacent to a prediction unit to be encoded or decoded to form an induction candidate group when inducing a spatial MVP using the motion vector induction unit; (d) setting the induction conditions of the induction candidate group using the motion vector induction unit; and (e) determining the induction conditions to induce an MVP for each induction candidate group, wherein the (c) step includes a scaling condition setting step for determining whether to scale the induction candidate group.
