Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for measuring 6 components of a horizontal thrust is provided to carry out the calibration of engine mounting or a structure by obtaining calibration matrix for 6 components measured when combustion gas is discharged to the atmosphere via nozzles. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring 6 components of a horizontal thrust includes the steps of mounting calibration load cells and measuring load cells for 6 components and obtaining a calibration constant of a thrust measuring device by applying a force to the calibration load cells and a calibration constant when an engine is mounted, carrying out calibration on the basis of the calibration constants obtained in the above step, and verifying calibration constant matrix applied in the previous step by simultaneously applying more than two calibration forces.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sensor fixing device for measuring the flame characteristic of a rocket is provided to facilitate the installation and maintenance by collectively installing a plurality of sensors and guarantee the convenience by applying various standard sensor. CONSTITUTION: A sensor fixing device for measuring the flame characteristic of a rocket comprises a plate-shaped sensor fixing unit(100) and one or more sensor fixing hole(110). The plate-shaped sensor fixing unit is fixed to the fixed position of launcher equipment. One or more sensor fixing hole is formed in the plate-shaped sensor fixing unit. The sensor fixing hole comprises one or more among a pressure sensor fixing hole, a gas temperature sensor fixing hole, a surface temperature fixing hole, an impact wave sensor fixing hole and a sound pressure sensor fixing hole.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A check valve is provided to design a passage not to largely generate the inner differential pressure and to maintain the sealing though the elasticity of a spring for the inner sealing is not large. CONSTITUTION: The inside of a valve body(1) is formed in a streamline. A seat(2) is fixed in a secondary side(2) of the valve body through a seat bolt(6). A guide(5) is installed in a primary side(1') of the valve body. A spring(6) is installed between a spool(3) and the guide. The spool is combined with the guide. The spool maintains the sealing of the secondary side by contacting to the seat. Thereby, the processing error of the body and the seat is prevented and the leakage is prevented.
