Abstract: PURPOSE: An overflow prevention valve and a hydro-pneumatic system including the same are provided to prevent water hammering without a bypass system. CONSTITUTION: An overflow prevention valve(120) comprises a body(121), a spring supporter(122), a spring(123), and an orifice(124). The body has a flow path(129) which fluid flows through and raised protrusions(121a,121b). The spring supporter is coupled to the middle of the body flow path. The spring is coupled to one side of the spring supporter and extended or compressed according to the differential pressure of the flow path. The orifice contacts the raised protrusions to block the flow path when the differential pressure of the flow path exceeds the designated differential pressure.

CONSTITUTION: A body(2) for a ground has a groove(8) in the front side. A spring(6) is adjusted with a separating load in the back of the body for the ground. A spring guide(5) is installed in the outside of the spring, formed with a screw portion(5') therein and installed with a ball(4) in the front side. A separating load adjusting portion(7) adjusts the separating load of the spring by forming a screw portion(7') to be combined with the screw portion of the spring guide. After separating a valve, the spring is reusable by inserting the ball.

CONSTITUTION: A body(1) for a launching member has a combining groove. A body(2) for a ground is combined with the body for the launching member and installed with a fixing member(15) by a packing bolt(12). A connecting member(3) is combined with the body for the ground by a lock nut(9) and has a combining protrusion by protruding a protruded portion. The body for the ground are installed in a double structure by a seal(4) for maintaining an interval and a packing(5) in the fixing member. The connecting member is combined and separated by forming a cut portion in the protruded portion. Thereby, the leakage of fluid of very low temperature is prevented by tightening the bolt of a valve at the generation of the leakage.

Abstract: A diffuser for pressurizing and a liquid propellant rocket using the same are provided to prevent the drop of the pressurized gas by passing through the diffuser and spray the pressurized gas uniformly in the whole area of the outlet of the diffuser. An inflow pipe is arranged in one side of a storage tank and the pressurized gas is inputted to the inflow pipe. A diffuser body is equipped in the bottom of the inflow pipe and sprays the pressurized gas into the inside of the storage tank. A conical pitching plate(110) is equipped inside the diffuser and includes a plurality of flow holes in a plate with a conical shape. The conical pitching plate is separated from the diffuser body with a predetermined interval and is installed adjacently to the inflow pipe. A support stand(120) is arranged in the bottom of the conical pitching plate and is installed in the diffuser body. The support stand supports the conical pitching plate.
