Abstract: PURPOSE: A brake device for an inline skate is provided to enable a user to easily brake an inline skate by using a wireless controller. CONSTITUTION: A brake device for an inline skate comprises a pressure plate(10), a pressure spring, a spacer(30), and a power transmission unit(40), a motor(50), a controller(60), and an operating device(70). The pressure plate is installed on both wheels in order to press the side of the wheel. The spacer widens the gap between the pressure plates at a constant interval. The power transmission unit is connected to the spacer and controls the operation of the spacer. The motor provides power to the power transmission unit. The controller controls the movement of the motor. The operating device is wirelessly connected to the controller and transmits a command signal to the controller.
