Abstract: 본발명은우주환경시험장치인열진공챔버에서우주환경시험시시험물을원하는온도에빨리도달하게하여주는시험보조장치(Fixture)에관한것으로열진공챔버내부에서열교환장치인슈라우드(Shroud)와시험물간의열교환시열전도를유발시켜열전달을향상시킴으로써시험시간을단축시키도록하는슈라우드접촉을이용한열진공챔버용시험보조장치에관한것이다. 고진공환경하에서는대류에의한열전달은소멸되고복사에의한열전달이지배하게되는데, 이경우극저온영역에서의복사열전달은매우미약하여우주환경을모사하는열진공시험시원하는온도에도달하는데장시간이필요하게된다. 따라서슈라우드의곡면과접촉되는시험물지지대와보조날개를대칭되도록형성하여슈라유드와시험물간에전도에의한열전달을많이유발시켜시험시간을단축하고액체질소소비량의감소, 작업자의근무시간단축및 고가장비의수명을연장하는것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fixture for a heat vacuum chamber using shroud contact is provided to rapidly reach the wanted temperature of a test object by improving the efficiency of heat transfer, and reduce consumpted amount of liquid nitrogen and work time. CONSTITUTION: A fixture for a heat vacuum chamber using shroud contact includes test object rests(1,2) having a curved surface equal to a shroud(8) and directly contacted with the shroud for inducing radiation, auxiliary blades(3,4) connected with the test object rests and oppositely formed to be coupled with the curved surface of the shroud by using thin metal, so that the temperature of a test object(9) promptly reaches desired temperature.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供使用护罩接触的热真空室的固定装置,通过提高传热效率快速达到被测物体的所需温度,并减少液氮消耗量和工作时间。 构成:用于使用护罩接触的热真空室的固定装置包括具有等于护罩(8)的弯曲表面并与护罩直接接触以引起辐射的测试对象静止件(1,2),辅助叶片(3,4)连接 测试对象静止并相反地形成为通过使用薄金属与护罩的弯曲表面联接,使得测试对象(9)的温度迅速达到期望的温度。
