Abstract: 본 발명은 용접 또는 확산접합을 이용한 일체형 실린더 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 서로 접하여 포개어 겹칠 수 있는 지름을 갖는 4개의 환형 금속 판재를 부분적으로 용접 또는 확산접합하고, 치구 내부에 실장한 다음, 진공 상태에서 블로우 성형(Blow forming)함으로써 중앙에 위치하는 2개의 금속 판재는 보강부로 성형되고, 최외각, 최내각에 위치하는 금속 판재는 실린더의 외경 및 내경이 되도록 함으로써 간단한 공정에 의하여 신뢰성이 향상, 제조비용 절감의 효과를 누릴 수 있는 일체형 실린더 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: 본발명의한 실시예에따른과절삭방지용절삭공구는몸체부, 상기몸체부에설치되고, 절삭시 가공물의표면에접촉된상태로상기가공물의표면을따라이동하여상기가공물의표면을미리설정된두께로절삭하는절삭부, 그리고상기몸체부에설치되어절삭시 상기절삭부보다먼저상기가공물의표면에접촉되어상기가공물을상기가공물의내측에배치된치구측으로가압하는가압부를포함한다. 본발명에의하면, 가압부를통하여가공물이절삭되기전, 가공물과가공물의내측에배치된치구사이의형상공차를제거함으로써, 절삭시 가공물의탄성변형을방지하여, 가공물의과절삭을예방할수 있고, 이를통하여불량률을낮춤은물론, 제작된완제품의신뢰성및 제품성능을향상시킬수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A diffusion bonding device is provided to diffusion-bond the inner and outer jackets of a regenerative cooling combustor of a liquid propellant rocket using the pressure of molding gas for the inner jacket and upper and lower molds. CONSTITUTION: A diffusion bonding device comprises inner and outer jackets(O,P) of a regenerative cooling combustor of a liquid propellant rocket, a blocking plate(B), an upper mold(110), a lower mold(120), and a heating unit. The inner jacket has openings on the front and rear ends and an internal space forming a cooling path. The blocking plate closes the inside of the inner jacket and is connected to a molding gas supply pipe. The upper and lower molds with protection gas feed holes press the outer jacket. The heating unit heats the upper mold and the lower mold to a molding temperature.

Abstract: Tools for diffusion bonding and superplastic forming which can maintain airtightness for forming high pressure without a large capacity hydraulic pressure and can apply an uniform pressure to a matrix are provided. In a tool(100) for diffusion bonding and superplastic forming having an upper tool(110), a middle tool(120) and a lower tool(130), the tool comprises: connecting rods(140) of which upper ends are fixed to the upper tool, which have wedge clamping grooves formed on lower ends thereof, and which connect the middle and lower tools by passing through the upper and lower tools; wedges(150) clamped to the wedge clamping grooves to fix the lower tool so that the lower tool is not separated from the connecting rods; and a sealed container(160) for applying a pressure onto matrices(180) for diffusion welding stacked within the middle tool. Abstract: PURPOSE: An envelope manufacturing device for forming of a spherical tank is provided to easily manufacture an envelope having a clean joint surface for a spherical tank molding because upper and lower inclined surfaces are formed correspondently to a circular plate edge being overlapped on upper and lower molds. CONSTITUTION: An envelope manufacturing device for forming of a spherical tank comprises a lower mold(10), an upper mold(20), and a pressing member. The lower mold comprises a plate mounting groove in the upper surface. A lower inclined surface(11a) is formed at a portion of a a circular plate(1b)plate seating groove where an edge of a circular plate is placed. A lower inclined unit becomes lower to the central part of the circular plate. The upper mold can press circular plates(1a,1b) being positioned while being overlapped with the plate seating groove of the lower mold. The upper mold comprises a plate positioning groove(21) where a circular plate positioned on the top of the circular plates being overlapped. The upper inclined surface becomes high to the central part of the circular plate.

Abstract: A pyrotechnic shock isolator using PTFE(Polytelrafluoro Ethylene) is provided to prevent shock transmission by engaging two structures with a fixing bolt and insulating shock between two structures in a body. A pyrotechnic shock isolator using PTFE comprises a body(1), a fixing bolt(3), and an insert(2). The body has female screw units at one side and the other side respectively and an insert hole at a periphery surface of an upper and a lower part. The body is made of PTFE. The insert hole passes through the female screw units. The fixing bolt is fastened to a female screw unit of the body.
