Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel cell and a monitoring system of the fuel cell is provided to reduce time and man power for monitoring, and to conduct inspection in real time within short time, without damage on the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell(1) has a fuel-shielding layer(12), inner rubber scut(11), a magnetically airtight layer(10), and an external rubber scut(9) laminated in order; and additionally includes glass fiber(5) located between the fuel-shielding layer and external rubber scut; and a scattering plate(6) which is installed at one terminal of the glass fiber A fuel cell monitoring system comprises the fuel cell; a light source(2) which emits light with a specific to another terminal of the glass fiber; and a light-receiving apparatus(8) receiving light from another terminal.

Abstract: 본 발명은 연료셀의 파손 여부를 감시할 수 있도록 적층소재 사이에 유리섬유가 포설된 연료셀 및 상기 연료셀의 파손 여부를 실시간으로 감시할 수 있는 연료셀 감시시스템을 개시(introduce)한다. 상기 연료셀 감시시스템은, 연료차폐층, 내부고무스컷, 자기밀폐층 및 외부고무스컷의 순서로 적층되며, 상기 연료차폐층과 상기 외부고무스컷 사이에 포설된 유리섬유 및 상기 유리섬유의 일 단자에 설치된 산란판을 구비하는 연료셀, 상기 유리섬유의 다른 일 단자로 일정한 파장의 빛을 입사하는 광원 및 상기 유리섬유의 다른 일 단자로부터 방출되는 빛을 수신하는 수광장치를 구비한다.
