Abstract: PURPOSE: A pincette for a witness plate is provided to conveniently remove contaminant without repetitive injection of chemical while stably supporting the witness plate. CONSTITUTION: A pincette(100) for a witness plate(140) comprises a support unit(120). The support unit is formed in an inner surface of a supporting leg(110) of the pincette in order to support a side of the witness plate. The support unit is formed in order to support the side by being concavely entered when looking the support unit from the inside. The supporting leg is bent around the support unit so that the support unit is formed. The support unit is formed by including a groove along the supporting leg.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A thermocouple guide fixture is provided to fix a thermocouple on the floor by a vacuum detachment method. CONSTITUTION: A thermocouple guide fixture(100) comprises a body part(110), a thermocouple fixing part(170), and a detachment control part(150). The body part is placed on the ground across to the installation path of a thermocouple and has a guide groove for receiving the thermocouple. The thermocouple fixing part fixes the thermocouple received in the guide groove.
