Abstract: PURPOSE: An NEA unit and the deployment test device of a satellite solar array including the same are provided to manufacture the NEA unit simply with a low cost by manufacturing the NEA unit fixing and releasing the solar array with an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION: A fixing part is included on the side of a hinged solar array. A electromagnet part(152) fixes and releases the hinged solar array by optionally combining to the fixing part. A housing(151) receives the electromagnet part. The electromagnet part includes a controller and a rectifier for supplying power. A part of the side of the housing is opened to forms a first opening part(512). A cover plate(153) is formed to close the first opening.
