Abstract: PURPOSE: A hybrid offshore wind power generation system is provided to effectively maintaining a floating fish cage as the fish feed is supplied through a feed line from the hybrid offshore wind power generation system adjacent to the floating fish cage. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid offshore wind power generation system comprises an offshore structure(10), a wind power generator(20), a deck part(30), a center vertical structure(40), a water observation deck(50), and a fish cultivation unit(60) for viewing. The wind power generator is installed on the offshore structure. The center vertical structure is fixed to the bottom of the sea by being extended directly down from the center of the deck part. The center vertical structure comprises an elevator for cargos and passengers. The water observation deck is formed into a doughnut shape under the sea. The fish cultivation unit for viewing encloses the water observation deck so that the passengers can watch fishes. The fish cultivation unit for viewing comprises a first net member(61) for cultivation and a frame(62). The upper and lower parts of the first net member are fixed to the under water part of the offshore structure, to accommodate the fishes. The frame is formed into the shape of a closed fish way in the middle of the first net member.
