    Abstract: PURPOSE: A polyurethane microcapsule rust inhibitor containing a triazole-based compound, a manufacturing method thereof, and a multi-layered membrane with the same are provided to maintain initial performances by restoring product functions from environmental, physical, and chemical attacks itself. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane microcapsule rust inhibitor (10) containing a triazole-based compound comprises a core material which is the triazole-based compound; and a polyurethane microcapsule containing the core material. The core material and the polyurethane microcapsule are formed of a core-shell structure. The membrane thickness of the polyurethane microcapsule is 5 nm-100 um. The size of the microcapsule is 50 nm-500 um.
