Abstract:
Antistatic agent composition having improved flexibilities and hygroscopic properties was prepared. Various kinds of fatty acids and aminoethyl ethanolamine were reacted at 170 deg.C for 3 hours, at 190-200 deg.C for 3-8 hours to synthesize 2-alkyl-1- hydroxyethyl -2-imidazoline, followed by the reaction of dimethyl sulfate to give compound(I). 5 Mol of ethylene oxide was added in monoalkylamine to give compound(II). The antistatic agent composition was prepared from compound(I) and (II) at the ratio of 4:6.

N,N'-diacyldiethylene bishydroxy alkyltriamine methyl sulfate of formula (I) useful as a softening agent for fiber is prepd. by: reacting 2 mole fattic acid and 1 mole diethylene triamine and then adding and reacting with 1 mole water to prepare N,N'-diacyl diethylene triamine of formula (II); reacting with epoxide, e.g. ethylene oxide or propylene oxide; then reacting with dimethyl sulfate. In the formulas, R is C12-C20 alkyl; R1 is H or methyl. The obtd. cpd. has excellent flexibility.

본 발명은 섬유유연제 N,N′-디아실디에틸렌비스히도록시알킬트리아민메틸설페이트의 제조방법에 관한것으로서 이미다졸린을 가수분해하여 얻어지는 디아미도아민을 에폭시화반응 및 사차화반응시켜 기존의 섬유유연제보다 유연성이 우수한 섬유유연제를 제조하였으며, 이미다졸린계유연제보다 약 7∼22%유연성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
Abstract:
The fiber softening agent composition is composed of dialkyl imidazoline methyl sulfate of formula (I) as the imidazoline based fiber softening agent component, and N,N'-diacyldiethylene bishydroxy alkyltriamine methyl sulfate of formula (II) as the diamide based fiber softening agent component. The comprising ratio of (I) to (II) is 3:7. The said dialkyl is C12-C20 acyl, and the hydroxy alkyl is hydroxy ethyl or hydroxy propyl. In the formulas, R is C12-C20 alkyl, R1 is H or methyl. The obtd. fiber softening agent has good flexibility and improved antistatic property.

본 발명은 이미다졸리늄염계 화합물과 4차 암모늄염계 화합물을 혼합 조성하여 얻어지는 섬유표면도포용 대전방지제 조성물들에 관한 것으로서, 각각의 독립화합물들보다 대전방지성이 20∼80%정도 상승효과가 있고 유연성 및 흡습성이 동시에 개선되는 조성물의 발명이고, 우수한 대전방지 성능이 있다.
