Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of porous organic-inorganic hybrid is provided to mass-produce porous organic-inorganic hybrid of superior surface area and crystallinity at 20kg/m^3 day. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of porous organic-inorganic hybrid includes the following steps: a resultant mixture containing a metal precursor, a compound functioning as organic ligand, a water soluble additive, water or a water containing organic solvent is prepared; the resultant mixture is heated at a gelation temperature of 30-150 Deg C to be gelated into an organic gel-containing solution of 2-50,000 cps viscosity, and the organic gel-containing solution is stirred and aged; and the organic gel-containing solution is further heated at a temperature between a higher temperature than the gelation temperature and 250 Deg C to crystallize porous organic-inorganic hybrid. The porous organic-inorganic hybrid is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, M is metal ion cluster combined with metal ions or oxygen; X is anion ligand; L is organic ligand; a is the rational number of 1-12; b is the rational number of 0-6; c is the rational number of 0-18; and d is the rational number of 1-12.

Abstract: 본발명은, 금속전구체, 수용성첨가제및 물또는물-함유유기용매를포함하는반응혼합물을 30℃내지 150℃사이의겔화온도에서겔화시켜 2 내지 50,000 (cps)의점도를갖는유기겔-함유용액을수득하고, 이어서교반하에상기겔화온도에서숙성시키고, 계속해서유기겔-함유용액을상기겔화온도내지 250℃사이의온도에서가열하여결정화시키는것을특징으로하는, 다공성유무기혼성체의제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명의제조방법에따르면, 반응을물 또는물-함유유기용매중에서환류조건하에주위압력또는약간가압된압력에서수행할수 있으므로상업적으로실시할수 있을뿐만아니라, 반응을 1:1 ~ 30:1의용매대 금속의높은몰비에서도결정성및 표면적이높은다공성유무기혼성체를적어도 20 kg/mday 의공시간수율로대량생산할수 있게해준다.
