Abstract: 본 발명은 무기첨가제를 추가한 중공사막의 생산방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 기체선택성 고분자, 제1용매 및 제2용매를 사용하는 종래의 중공사막 생산방법에 추가로 무기첨가제를 첨가하여 중공사막을 제조함으로써, 기체 투과도와 선택도가 현저히 향상되므로, 바이오 메탄 및 황화수소의 회수, 이산화탄소와 같은 온실기체의 회수, 산소의 부화, 질소의 고순도화, 석유화학의 수소정제 등의 기체분리에 적용 가능한 비대칭구조의 중공사막의 제조에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of mass producing asymmetric hollow fiber membranes for separating highly selective permeable gas is provided to implement mass producing processes by adding inorganic additives to a gas selective polymer, a first solvent, and a second solvent. CONSTITUTION: A method of mass producing asymmetric hollow fiber membranes for separating highly selective permeable gas includes the following: a gas selective polymer, a first solvent, a second solvent, inorganic additives are mixed, and bubbles are eliminated from the mixture to prepare a base solution; the base solution and an inner coagulant are spun to air layers to coagulate the inner parts of hollow fiber membranes; the hollow fiber membranes with coagulated inner parts are immersed in a first solidifying bath to phase-convert the outer surfaces of the hollow fiber membranes; the treated hollow fiber membranes are immersed in a second solidifying bath to eliminate remaining solvents and are wound into a winding bath; and the produced hollow fiber membranes are dried at an oven. The gas selective polymer is one or the mixture of polyether sulfone, polysulfone, polyimide, polyisoimide, polyamide, polybenzimidazole, and brominated polyether sulfone.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for separating high purity methane gas from landfill gas and an apparatus for refining the methane gas are provided to recycle the methane gas and utilize the methane gas as a fuel by efficiently implementing a methane gas separating process. CONSTITUTION: Landfill gas is successively dehumidified, desulfurized, and desiloxanized in a pre-treating process. The pre-treated gas is compressed and cooled. The compressed and cooled gas is introduced into a double-stepped hollow fiber membrane to separate carbon dioxide. The ratio of a first membrane area to a second membrane area is between 1:1.5 and 1:3.0. The transmittance part of the second membrane is re-circulated to a process in prior to the compressing process. The remaining part of the second membrane eliminates nitrogen and oxygen based on pressure swing absorption.
