Abstract: 본 발명은 네오리그난계(neolignan) 화합물 또는 이를 포함하는 마그놀리아 속 식물 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 식물병 방제용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 식물병 방제방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방제용 조성물은, 천연물로부터 추출하여 인체에 무해하고 환경오염을 유발하지 않으면서 다양한 식물병에 대하여 높은 방제활성을 나타내며, 이에 따라 환경 친화적인 천연물 살균제의 개발 및 고부가가치의 유기농산물 생산에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Abstract: A composition comprising neolignan compounds or the extract of Magnolia spp. is provided to supply the environment-friendly natural fungicide which is harmless to the human body by using natural extract. The composition for controlling plant diseases comprises the extract of Magnolia spp. which is prepared by extracting Magnolia spp. with the solvent selected from C1-C4 alcohol or its aqueous solution, hexane, ethylacetate, methylene chloride and mixture thereof, and comprises neolignan compounds represented by the chemical formula(1), chemical formula(2) or chemical formula(3), wherein R is H or CH3.

Abstract translation: 包含新戊酰化合物或木兰提取物的组合物。 是为天然提取物提供对人体无害的环保型天然杀菌剂。 用于防治植物病害的组合物包括木兰提取物。 其通过提取玉兰属植物来制备。 其中溶剂选自C1-C4醇或其水溶液，己烷，乙酸乙酯，二氯甲烷及其混合物，并且包含由化学式（1），化学式（2）或化学式（3）表示的新颜酰胺化合物，其中 R为H或CH3。
