Abstract: An inorganic antimicrobial agent and a preparation method of the agent are provided to obtain excellent antimicrobial effect and to improve the applicability of the antimicrobial agent for cement concrete by impregnating antimicrobial metal ion in a support. A preparation method of an inorganic antimicrobial agent comprises steps of: 1) preparing metal ion aqueous solution by dissolving nickel compound alone or with an aid consisting of at least one selected from copper compound and zinc compound in water in order to obtain metal ion aqueous solution; 2) putting metal impregnation porous support in the metal ion solution and stirring the mixture at 20-80 °C for impregnation; 3) adding a reducing agent selected from hypochlorite, hypophosphate, aldehyde compound and formate to the solution having the metal ion and stirring the mixture in order to adhere the metal ion to the support; and 4) filtering, drying and grinding the support. The support is at least one selected from natural zeolite, synthetic zeolite, fly ash, bottom ash and alumina. The reducing agent is at least one selected from NaOCl, NaPH2O2.H2O, H2O2, HCHO and HCOONa. The inorganic antimicrobial agent prepared by the method is subjected to concrete sewer structure in order to prevent concrete corrosion.
