Abstract: 본 발명은 부상부유 및 효소처리를 이용한 골판지 고지의 재생방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 골판지 고지에 부상부유 처리 및 가수분해 효소 처리를 하고, 재생지료를 기계적으로 고해 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골판지 고지의 재생방법으로서, 골판지 원지의 탈수성을 개선하며, 분급된 장섬유분만에 대한 고해 처리에 의해 강도를 향상시키는 효과가 있고, 아울러 고해 동력비 및 효소 처리 비용을 절감하며, 고강도의 골판지 원지 제조에 소요되는 수입 골판지 고지 및 미 표백 크라프트 펄프를 국산 골판지 고지로 대체하는 효과가 있는 골판지 고지의 재생방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A recycling method of a corrugated cardboard waste paper is provided to remove an ink spot of waste paper pulp, improve intensity and dehydration when recycling as a pulp that is similar to the high price whitening and bleaching craft pulp by passing through floating suspension and kneading process. CONSTITUTION: The recycling method of a corrugated cardboard waste paper comprises the steps of: processing kneading process after dividing an ink(2) and a fine fiber; and processing floating suspension on the condition of 0.5-2.0% density of a corrugated cardboard waste paper, 20-55°C, 10-50L/min flow speed and 5-20L/min air flow amount.

CONSTITUTION: The corrugated cardboard generating method comprises the steps of: processing the floating of the corrugated cardboard; processing the polysaccharide hydrolytic enzyme to the fine fiber containing reject powder separated from the floating processing; and processing the long staple distributed from the floating processing.
