Abstract:
The new cigarette filter paper has improved water resistance and elsticity. The paper composition is composed of 50-95 % wood pulp and 5-50 % polyolefin based synthetic pulp. The manufacturing method comprises: (A) mixing wood pulp and polyolefin pulp; (B) adding 0.1-2 % dispersing agent, 1-5 % aluminium sulfonate, 0.5-5 % positive starch, and 0.3-3 % cationic polyacrylamide by the 100 wt.% of dried pulp; and (C) mixing homogeneously and paper-making. The above synthetic pulp is polypropylene or polyethylene resin and dispersing agent is polyethylene oxide, anionic polyacrylamide or carboxymethyl cellulose.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for increasing the amount of fillers and the scott internal reinforcing strength in paper is provided, in which the strength of the scott internal reinforcing strength is increased in accordance with increasing addition quantity of enzyme, and raw material pulp can be saved in accordance with increasing fillers content. CONSTITUTION: The paper is obtained by a process containing the steps of: mixing pulp, hold enhancing agent, filling agent and paper strength agent to produce paper solution; maintaining about 40deg.C and about pH4.0-6.8; and then treating the paper solution with 0.01-0.2wt.% of cellulase type enzyme, based on the weight of wood pulp. The cellulase type enzyme is produced by trichoderma longibrachiatum, and has over 3600U/ml of carboxy methylcellulose activity.

The wooden pulp to be bleached is untwisted to 550-350ml CSF, the untwisted wooden pulp is divided into short fibers and long fibers by the separator. Next, the short fibers 10-30% among the whole wooden pulp is mixed with filler, a cationic polymer keeping agent is added only 0.02-0.1% for the whole fiber weights, that it causes the coherence between fine particles. These coherences and long fibers are remixed 60-40% for the whole wooden pulp weight, of which containing ability is enhanced inside a paper of filler, thus the high charged paper is manufactured to prevent the decreases of general strength.

목적 : 고충전 종이의 제조방법을 제공함을 목적으로 한다. 구성 : 초지기로 종이내에 무기충전물을 함유하는 종이를 제조함에 있어서, 고해한 목재펄프를 섬유장 분별기를 거쳐서 단섬유분의 전체 중량에 대하여 10~30%가 되도록 단섬유분과 장섬유분으로 분리하되, 분리된 단섬유분을 무기충전물과 혼합한 후 이에 양이온성 고분자 보류향상제를 전체 중량에 대하여 0.02~0.1%를 첨가하여 응집체를 형성시킨 다음 이를 장섬유분과 재차 혼합하므로서 종이내에 충전물의 함량을 증가시키고, 지료내의 미세분의 보류도를 향상시킬 수 있고, 종이내의 충전물의 분포상태가 균일하는 등의 효과가 있다.
