본 발명은 동물의 인후부에 일정한 양의 약액을 정확하고 용이하게 투여할 수 있으며 동시에 약액이 수용된 인젝터가 분리형으로 이루어진 화상 점적 투여기(Video Instillator)를 개시한다. 본 발명의 화상 점적 투여기는 바디, 이 바디에 제공된 스위치, 바디의 상부에 설치되는 인젝터 고정대, 인젝터 고정대에 끼움 결합되는 인젝터, 바디에 설치되어 스위치의 작동에 의해 인젝터를 가압하여 인젝터에 수용된 약액을 토출시키는 약액토출수단을 포함한다.

PURPOSE: An image drop injection device is provided to accurately and easily inject constant amount of suction material into the respiratory tract of an animal. CONSTITUTION: An image drop injection device includes a body(1), a switch(3), a motor(5), a transfer screw(7), a pressurizing member(9), an injector(11), and a controller. The body includes a space inside, and a handle unit extended from the body. The switch and the motor are installed on the body. The transfer screw is rotated by the operation of the motor. The pressurizing member is combined to the transfer screw for rotating. The injector stores a drug solution, and injects the drug solution by the moving distance of the pressurizing member. The controller controls the rotation number of the motor by an input signal from the switch.

PURPOSE: Provided is a mutant mouse having hereditary atrichia, which is useful as an excellent atrichia model animal in researches related to a mechanism, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of atrichia and depilation. CONSTITUTION: The mutant mouse having hereditary atrichia is produced by random mutagenesis using N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea(ENU). Particularly, the mouse is a Mus musculus of a BALB/c line. The method for making the mutant mouse comprises the steps of: administering ENU to a male mouse to cause mutagenesis; hybridizing the mutant mouse with a normal mouse to obtain a first-generation mouse; and screening a mouse showing an atrichia symptom from the first-generation mice.

본 발명은 호흡기 염증 동물모델 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 동물에 구아니딘계 화합물을 투여하여 호흡기 염증을 유발하는 단계를 포함하는 호흡기 염증 동물모델의 제조방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 호흡기 염증을 갖는 동물모델 및 이를 이용한 호흡기 염증 예방용 또는 치료용 약물 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 호흡기 염증 동물모델은 정확한 호흡기 염증 연구를 위한 동물모델을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 호흡기 예방 또는 치료약제의 스크리닝을 위한 검증으로 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: A house holder is provided to reduce an exposure degree about the nano particle of an experimental animal and enable a more correct nano particle inhalation toxicity evaluation examination. CONSTITUTION: A house holder includes the body part(110) of a hollow pipe form in order to insert an experimental animal into an internal space; a nose part(120) extended in the one end of the body part; an inner holder(100) in which a through hole is formed in order to be connected to the nano particle exposure chamber in the end of the nose part; and an outer holder(200) having an opening part in one end and hermetically combined with the one side of the nano particle exposure chamber so that an internal space is connected to the nano particle exposure chamber through the opening part. The nose part is formed in a slope form in which an internal diameter becomes smaller to the through hole, and an interval angle about an inner periphery surface forms an acute angle.

A drug administration controller is provided to administer an automatically calculated dose by weight of each experimental animal, thereby improving accuracy and rapidity of an experiment and further reliability of experiment results. A drug administration controller comprises a drug feeder(1), a drug administrator(3), and a dose controller(5). The drug feeder includes a drug container(7), a dispenser(9), and a valve(11) for regulating the amount of drug to be dispensed. The drug administrator includes an administration switch(15), an image recording unit(17) for recording oral and inhalation administration sites, and a display(19). The dose controller includes a controller(C), a dose storage database(21) controlled by the controller, an image storage database(23), and a backup data storage database(25). The controller includes a processing module with a program to calculate a required dose using a preset equation and weight of a target animal for experiment.

An automatic video instillator is provided to secure the image of a throat portion to inject a predetermined amount of a suction material into a throat easily and to perform the injection automatically. An automatic video instillator includes a case(2), a guide portion(4), a photographing portion, an injection portion(14), an injection switch and an image display portion(32). The guide portion protrudes to the front of the case to be inserted into an animal's throat to secure an airway. The photographing portion is installed on the front end of the guide portion to take an image of the front of the animal's throat. The injection portion is installed to penetrate the case and the guide portion to induce the suction material. The injection switch controls the injection of the suction material into the airway.

본 발명은 ENU를 이용한 무작위 돌연변이법에 의해 제조된 후지만곡 돌연변이 생쥐 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 ENU를 투여해 유전자를 돌연변이시킨 생쥐를 교배시키고, 표현형 이상체 스크리닝을 통해 확보한 후지만곡 돌연변이 생쥐 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 후지만곡 돌연변이 생쥐는 다발성 관절만곡증의 실험모델 및 신경과 근육의 상호관계를 이해하기 위한 실험모델 동물로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
