Abstract: 본발명은고체촉매에의해젖산수용액으로부터락타이드를직접생성하는과정에서상기촉매로서주석성분, 납성분또는이들의혼합물을함유하는고체촉매를사용하는것을특징으로하는젖산으로부터락타이드의제조방법및 이에사용되는촉매에관한것이다. 본발명에따르는경우젖산의예비중합체를제조하는단계를거치지않고직접적으로락타이드를제조할수 있고, 종래기술에서젖산으로부터락타이드를제조하기위해사용되는촉매보다젖산의손실이없고, 젖산전환율및 광학순수형락타이드로의선택성이높으며촉매의장수명화가가능하므로, 젖산으로부터락타이드제조공정의원가를절감할수 있고, 아울러락타이드생산성을증대시킬수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for directly producing lactide from lactic acid aqueous solution using a solid catalyst containing tin, lead, or a mixture of them and the catalyst used for the method. According to the present invention, the lactide can be directly produced without a step for producing a prepolymer and the loss of the lactic acid is less than using a catalyst used for producing the lactide with a traditional technique, the rate of the lactic acid converting into the lactide and the selectivity to optically pure lactide are high, and the lifespan of the catalyst can be lengthened, thereby reducing the costs for producing the lactide from the lactic acid and increasing the productivity of the lactide.
