PURPOSE: A method for preparing an aluminate-based fluorescent substance powder and an aluminate-based fluorescent substance powder prepared by the method are provided, to improve the luminous efficiency by reducing the surface defect and the distribution of particle size. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of adding a basic additive to an aqueous solvent containing an aluminum salt to prepare an aluminum polymerization cation solution with a pH of 2.5-5; dissolving at least one metal compound for forming a fluorescent substance main body and at least one metal compound for doping the fluorescent substance main body in the aluminum polymerization cation solution to prepare a fluorescent substance particle precursor solution; injecting the precursor solution into an aerosol generator to form aerosol; drying and thermally decomposing the aerosol; and heating the obtained particle to grow crystal.

본 발명은 할로겐 램프를 이용한 복합소재 제조 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 할로겐 램프를 이용한 열구배 화학기상침투법에 의한 복합소재 제조 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 전구체 섬유(fiber)로 직조된 프리폼(preform)을 반응기내에 장착한 후, 프리폼의 미세한 기공으로 전구체 가스를 통과시키는 동시에 프리폼의 내부에 열분해에 의한 기지물질이 형성되어 이루어지는 복합재료 제조시, 상기 프리폼의 상부 일측에서 반대쪽으로 할로겐 램프를 이동시켜 열구배를 유도함으로써, 공정시간을 크게 단축시키면서, 밀도가 높고 균일하며, 미세한 크랙과 결함이 없는 증착층을 형성시켜줄 수 있도록 한 할로겐 램프를 이용한 열구배 화학기상침투법에 의한 복합소재 제조 장치를 제공한다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preparing composite material by thermal gradient chemical vapor infiltration using halogen lamp is provided to shorten process time and form uniformed deposition layer having high density without fine cracks and flaws when preparing precursor composite material by applying chemical vapor infiltration. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for preparing composite material by thermal gradient chemical vapor infiltration using halogen lamp comprises a reactor(10) having a certain volume to the inner wall surface of which a stationary stand(22) is adhered; a precursor preform(12) put on the stationary stand of the reactor; a halogen lamp(14) installed on the upper surface of the reactor in such a way that the halogen lamp is moved side to side by a moving means so that the halogen lamp irradiates light onto the precursor preform; a solution storage tank(16) connected to the lower part of one side surface of the reactor by first tube(24) so that the solution storage tank is connected to a space in the lower side of the precursor preform; argon storage tank(18) and oxygen storage tank(20) connected to the lower part of the opposite side of the reactor by second tube(26); first heater(30) installed on the first tube to perform phase transition of the precursor passing through the first tube from solid phase to gas phase; a trap(34) connected to the upper part of one side surface of the reactor by third tube(28) so that the trap is connected to a space in the upper side of precursor preform; second heater(32) installed the third tube to heat non-reactants, reaction byproducts and air passing through the third tube; and a vacuum pump(36) connected to the trap.

본 발명은 알루미네이트계 형광체 분말의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 방법에 따라, 분무 용액 제조시 전구체 용액에 알루미늄의 원료로서 알루미늄 화합물과 염기성 첨가제를 이용하여 알루미늄 중합 양이온 용액을 사용하여 제조된 알루미네이트계 형광체는, 속이 차고 치밀하며 완벽한 구형의 형상을 가지면서 표면 결함이 적어 발광특성이 우수하고 입도 분포가 좋아 평판 디스플레이 및 삼파장 램프용 형광체로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
