Abstract: In the method of manufacturing granular-type polycrystal silicone using fluidized-bed reactor, the silicone containing gas is injected in the reaction region of the reactor and the silicone elements are flowed by carrier gas in the reactor, and the silicone elements are heated by microwave in the heating region of the reactor. The silicone elements in the reaction region and the silicone elements in the heating region, are mixed together, and the carrier gas is controlled so as to prevent the returning gas from the reaction region to the heating region.

Abstract translation: 在使用流化床反应器制造粒状多晶硅酮的方法中，将含有机硅的气体注入反应器的反应区域，硅氧烷元素通过载气在反应器中流动，硅树脂元件通过微波加热 在反应器的加热区域。 将反应区域中的硅氧烷元素和加热区域中的硅氧烷元素混合在一起，并且控制载气以防止从反应区域返回到加热区域的返回气体。
