Abstract: Additives having polar group and inorganic fillers were introduced in a nonpolar polyolefin resin. The resin can be directly coated without pretreating by a plazma. 30-90 wt.% of polyolefin resin, 10-70 wt.% of polyolefin rubber, 0.1-30 wt.% of olefin oligomer having a number average molecular weight of 1,000-4,000 and containing two or more hydroxy groups, 0.1-30 wt.% of ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer containing 1-40 wt.% of methyl acrylate, and 0.1-40 wt.% of inorganic fillers such as calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, barium sulfate, potassium titanate, talc were mixed and extruded to give the polyolefin resin composition.

Abstract: 본 발명은 도장시 전처리 공정없이 직접 도장이 가능한 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 직접 도장이 가능한 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물을 폴리올레핀계 수지 30∼90중량부, 폴리올레핀계 고무 10∼70 중량부, 적어도 2개 이상의 수산기를 함유하는 올레핀계 올리고머 0.1∼30중량부, 에틸렌-아크릴산메틸 공중합체 0.1∼30 중량부와 무기 충전재 0.1∼40중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면 종래의 도장성 부여 방법에 비하여 플라즈마, 프라이머 등의 전처리 없이 직접 도장이 가능하며, 또한 도막 밀착성이 우수한 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물로 자동차의 범퍼, 인스트루먼트 패널 등 도장을 필요로 하는 각종 산업 제품에 널리 사용될 수 있다.
