Abstract:
Provided are a perfluorinated di(metha)acrylate compound, which is crosslinkable by an initiator or heat, and a photopolymerizable composition, which has low shrinkage and a large refraction index difference upon photocuring and forms thin film having an excellent recording effect. The crosslinkable perfluorinated di(metha)acrylate compound has a structure represented by the following chemical formula 1, wherein A is oxygen, B is an ester group or carbonyl group, D is a C2-C6 alkylene or alkyleneoxy group, X is a C6-C18 alkylene group or arylene group unsubstituted or substituted with an alkyl group or haloalkyl group, Y is a hydrogen atom or a C1-C6 alkyl group, m is 0 or 1, and n is an integer of 1-5.
Abstract:
A novel crosslinkable phosphineoxide compound is provided to be able to be polymerized through crosslinking reaction caused by an initiator or heat. And a photopolymerizable composition is provided to show low contraction rate and high refractive index difference during photocuring, thereby capable of producing a photopolymer film having excellent recording effect. The phosphineoxide compound is represented by the formula(1), where A is ester, B is C2-6 alkylene or alkylene oxy, X is C6-20 aryl, Y is H or C1-6 alkyl, l is 0 or 1, and m is an integer from 1 to 5. In the photopolymer composition comprising a photopolymerizable monomer compound, a binder and a photo-initiator, the photopolymerizable monomer compound is the phosphineoxide compound. The photopolymer film is prepared by coating the photopolymer composition on a base material and photocuring it.
