    Abstract: 본 발명은 피셔-트롭시 합성용 촉매의 활성화 방법; 피셔-트롭시 합성용 촉매의 재생방법; 및 피셔-트롭시 합성반응을 이용하여, 액체 또는 고체 탄화수소를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 금속 카바이드 생성 및 활성화 반응에 필요한 온도가 기존 촉매 활성화 온도보다 현격히 낮아, 피셔-트롭시 합성 반응조건과 동일한 조건에서 촉매 활성화가 가능하기 때문에 반응기에 별도의 환원설비를 필요로 하지 않으며, 장시간 사용한 피셔-트롭시 합성용 촉매를 반응기로부터 분리시키거나 추출하지 않고 반응기 내에서 촉매의 재활성화가 가능하다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A regenerating method of a catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis is provided to have an effect of not requiring a separate reduction facility to a reactor as the catalyst activation is possible at the same condition as the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction condition. CONSTITUTION: A regenerating method of a catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis comprises step a of forming metallic carbide by processing a catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, of which activation is lowered by performing the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction, with gas including carbon monoxide; and step b of reducing the metallic carbide into a metal by processing the catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, which is a product in step a, with gas including hydrogen. A manufacturing method of liquid or solid hydrocarbon by using the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction comprises step a of forming metallic carbide by processing a catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, of which activation is lowered by performing the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction, with gas including carbon monoxide; step b of reducing the metallic carbide into a metal by processing the catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, which is a product in step a, with gas including hydrogen to regenerate the catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis; and step c of performing the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction by using the regenerated catalyst.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An activation method of a catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis is provided to be able to prevent the deactivation of the catalyst due to passivation, and to omit an inconvenient process such as wax charging. CONSTITUTION: An activation method of a catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis comprises a first step of applying a catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis to a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor, in which a part or the whole of the reduced metal in the catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis converts into metal carbide by processing the catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis in which a part or the whole of metallic oxide is reduced into the metal from the catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis including metallic oxide, with gas including carbon monoxide; and a second step of reducing metal carbide into a metal by contacting gas including hydrogen and the catalyst for the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis including the metal carbide in the reactor under the temperature of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction.
