Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic solar cell of an invert structure including a buffer layer is provided to introduce an electron transport layer and a hole transport layer by coating a TiOx solution and depositing a tungsten oxide(WO3). CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is formed on a substrate. A transparent electron transport layer is formed on the first electrode by coating a TiOx solution on the first electrode. A photoactive layer is formed on the electron transport layer. A transparent is formed by depositing a tungsten oxide(WO3) on the photoactive layer. A second electrode is composed of a second electrode formed on the hole transport layer.
