    Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for measuring osmosis pressure and a method for measuring osmosis pressure using the same.     Abstract: The present invention relates to a forward osmosis membrane and a method of manufacturing thereof, and more particularly, to a forward osmosis membrane in which a single support layer, which is a structure layer of the forward osmosis membrane, is treated with hydrophilic polymer to improve internal concentration polarization (ICP) of the forward osmosis membrane; and to a method of manufacturing thereof. The forward osmosis membrane according to the present invention has superior mechanical strength and the single support layer is coated with hydrophilic polymer to provide a hydrophilic layer, thereby improving the ICP generated in a complex film, which is well-known as the conventional forward osmosis membrane, and having excellent water permeability. Therefore, the forward osmosis membrane may be used effectively in a water treatment process for treating seawater, salt water, sewage, and waste water, particularly, in a desalination process.
