Abstract:
Provided are a polyaryl-based nanocomposite which shows excellent heat resistance and transparency even with using no compatibilizer and is useful for an LCD substrate or a plastic display substrate employing an organic EL, and its preparation method. The polyaryl-based nanocomposite is prepared by dispersing an aluminosilicate-based layered inorganic material in a polar solvent, and mixing it with a polysulfone-based polymer solution with stirring, wherein aluminosilicate-based layered inorganic material is a layered inorganic material modified with a polysulfone-based polymer having an onium group represented by the formula 2. In the formula 2, n is an integer of 1-100; R is a primary amine group, a secondary amine group, a tertiary amine group or an aromatic amine group; and Ar is -Ph-C(CH3)2-Ph- or -Ph-SO2-Ph-.

본 발명은 신규의 아믹산 올리고머와 이를 이용하여 개질된 친유기성 층상실리케이트를 함유하는 폴리이미드 나노복합재에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 유연한 곁가지가 도입된 디아민유도체와 지방족 또는 방향족 테트라카르복실산 이무수물이 중합되어 아민기가 말단에 도입된 신규의 아믹산 올리고머와, 상기 아믹산 올리고머에 의한 양이온 교환반응으로 개질된 친유기성 층상실리케이트와, 그리고 상기 친유기성 층상실리케이트와 폴리이미드계 수지 또는 이의 전구체를 나노 복합화하여 열적 특성 및 열팽창계수 등의 열에 대한 안정성이 향상된 폴리이미드 나노복합재에 관한 것이다. 아민기가 말단에 도입된 아믹산 올리고머, 친유기성 층상실리케이트, 폴리이미드 나노복합재

Provided are an organo-philic aluminosilicate layered inorganic material which is improved in heat resistance and flexibility, and a method for preparing the organo-philic aluminosilicate layered inorganic material. An organo-philic aluminosilicate layered inorganic material comprises an aluminosilicate layered inorganic material; and an organic polycarbonate-based polymer having an onium group represented by a formula 2 which is introduced into the interlayer of the aluminosilicate layered inorganic material, wherein n is an integer of 1-100; and R is a primary amine group, a secondary amine group or a tertiary amine group. Preferably the polycarbonate-based polymer of the formula 2 has a number average molecular weight of 1,000-30,000.
