    Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for removing sulfur oxides of exhaust gas from a sintering process, and a method for removing the sulfur oxides from the sintering exhaust gas suing the same are provided to remove HCl, HF, H2S, and dioxin etc at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A composition for removing sulfur oxides of exhaust gas from a sintering process includes sodium hydrogen carbonate 30 ~ 70 weight%, calcium hydroxide 30 ~ 70 weight%, a neutralizing agent 2 ~ 5 weight% and a catalyst 2 ~ 5 weight%. The catalyst has pH of 3 ~ 9. The sodium hydrogen carbonate has an average particle diameter of 150 ~ 200 mesh. The neutralizing agent is alkali metal, alkaline earth metal and a mixture consisting of hydroxide, carbonate and a composition of the above materials.
