    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing activated carbon absorbers for simultaneously eliminating hydrogen sulfide and siloxane is provided to cost effectively implement bio gas refining processes by eliminating impurities from bio gas. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing activated carbon absorbers for simultaneously eliminating hydrogen sulfide includes the following: dried activated carbon material is ground, and high temperature-based thermal treatment is implemented for 30 to 60 minutes to generate the active points of activated carbon(S100); and low temperature-based thermal treatment is implemented for 1 to 2 hours to generate an oxygen containing group which is the surface functional group of the activated carbon(S200). In the high temperature-based thermal treatment, the flux of vapor is maintained in a range between 1 and 1.5 cc per minute; and the temperature of the treatment is between 800 and 900 degrees Celsius. In the low tempeature-based thermal treatment, the flux of air is maintained in a range between 50 and 60 cc per minute; and the temperature of the treatment is between 400 and 500 degrees Celsius.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A bio gas burner for a reformer is provided to make stable flame as a heat source in a reformer by preventing or minimizing the flaring of flame. CONSTITUTION: A bio gas burner for a reformer comprises a fuel supply pipe(10), an air supply pipe(30), an igniter(50), an ignition tube(60), a perforated plate(34), and a swirler(36). The igniter lights a mixed gas of biogas and air, where the biogas is supplied through a fuel supply pipe and the air is supplied through the air supply pipe. The ignition tube has an ignition space(70) in which the mixed gas is ignited and a flame hole(80) through which the flame spreads. A plurality of holes of the perforated plate are arranged in a specific portion inside the air supply pipe so that the air is uniformly supplied to the inside of the air supply pipe without flowing in a specific direction. The swirler has a plurality of blades that are arranged at regular angles inside the air supply pipe in order to accelerate the mixing of the air passing through the perforated plate and the fuel injected through a fuel nozzle.
