Abstract: PURPOSE: A security system is provided to reduce a total handover delay time generated when a mobile terminal moves to other subnet region and to offer a high quality service to a user by establishing a security system reinforced to a wireless internet environment. CONSTITUTION: A handover management protocol for performing a high-speed handover includes a technique generating three keys by combining an Interface value of a mobile device, a Nonce Index value of a Home Agent and a Nonce Index value of Correspondent Node with a Care of Address and an Exchange Binding Update technique.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供安全系统，以减少当移动终端移动到其他子网区域时产生的总切换延迟时间，并通过建立对无线互联网环境加强的安全系统，向用户提供高质量的服务。 构成：用于执行高速切换的切换管理协议包括通过组合移动设备的接口值，归属代理的随机数索引值和通信节点的随机索引值来产生三个密钥的技术，其具有关心地址 和Exchange绑定更新技术。
