Abstract: PURPOSE: An adipogenesis suppressing composition using extracts of alive condonopsis lanceolata trautv and steamed codonopsis lanceolata is provided to enhance adipogenesis suppressing effects. CONSTITUTION: An adipogenesis suppressing composition uses extracts of alive condonopsis lanceolata trautv and steamed codonopsis lanceolata. The extract is extracted by using water, alcohol or a mixture thereof as a solvent. The alcohol is C1-C4 low level alcohol. The low level alcohol is ethanol or methanol. The composition uses the organic solvent fraction which is obtained by additionally extracting the Condonopsis lanceolata Trautv as an organic solvent. The organic solvent is hexane, methylene chlororide, and ethyl acetate butanol. The health supplement for the local formation inhibition uses the alive Condonopsis lanceolata Trautv and steamed codonopsis lanceolata.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供利用提取物的活体隐孢子虫（Traonopsis lanceolata trautv）和蒸amed藜（Von codonopsis lanceolata）的脂肪形成抑制组合物，以提高脂肪形成抑制效果。 构成：脂肪形成抑制组合物使用活性隐球线虫提取物和蒸amed草。 通过使用水，醇或其混合物作为溶剂萃取提取物。 酒精是C1-C4低级酒精。 低级酒精是乙醇或甲醇。 该组合物使用通过另外提取作为有机溶剂的Condonopsis lanceolata Trautv获得的有机溶剂级分。 有机溶剂为己烷，二氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯丁醇。 用于局部形成抑制的健康补充剂使用活性Condonopsis lanceolata Trautv和蒸熟的codonopsis lanceolata。

Abstract: 본 발명은 식품소재인 더덕으로부터 추출물 및 분획물을 획득하고 지방전구세포인 3T3-L1 세포에 처리한 결과, 생더덕과 찐더덕을 처리했을 때 지방의 분화가 저해되는 것을 확인하고, 그에 따른 단백질과 mRNA의 발현 역시 저해되는 것을 확보하여 이를 토대로 본 발명을 완성하게 되었다.
