Abstract: 본 발명은 이식용으로 사용되는 동결보존 이종 피부의 제조 방법 및 그로부터 제조된 동결보존 이종 피부에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 과초산(peracetic acid)을 이용하여 세포 활성을 유지하며 이식용 이종 피부에 존재하는 세균을 제거하고, 디메틸 설폭사이드, 동물세포배양 배지 및 우태아 혈청을 기본 성분으로 하여 이에 수크로스를 첨가함으로써 제조된 동결 보호제를 이용하여 이식용 이종 피부를 동결 처리하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a cryo-preserved xenograft skin and the cryo-preserved xenograft skin prepared thereby are provided to improve the survival rate of cells and to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a cryo-preserved xenograft skin comprises the following steps of: extracting a hetero-skin; sterilizing the extracted hetero-skin with an acetyl hydroperoxide solution and an ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid; preparing a basic solution by mixing dimethyl sulfoxide, animal cell culture medium, and fetal bovine serum; preparing a cryoprotective agent by dissolving a sucrose in the basic solution; permeating the cryoprotective agent into the hetero-skin; and freezing the hetero-skin.
