Abstract: 본 발명은 클로피도그렐 황산수소염(Clopidogrel bisulfate)과 니코틴아마이드 또는 이소니코틴아마이드로 이루어진 클로피도그렐의 공결정, 상기한 클로피도그렐의 공결정을 활성성분으로 포함하는 약제조성물, 그리고 상기한 클로피도그렐의 공결정의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 클로피도그렐의 공결정은 기존의 클로피도그렐 황산수소염과 비교하여 물리화학적으로 전혀 다른 양상을 나타낸다. 특히 본 발명의 클로피도그렐의 공결정은 열과 빛 또는 수분에 대한 안정성이 우수하고, 물에 대한 용해도가 우수하므로 약제조성물의 활성성분으로 유용하다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: An adefovir dipivoxil co-crystal is provided to ensure stability to heat, light, or moisture and solubility in water and to be used as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition. CONSTITUTION: An adefovir dipivoxil co-crystal contains adefovir dipivoxil and a co-former selected from oxalic acid, furmaric acid, carbamazepine, L-gluamine, and L-tryptopane. A method for preparing the adefovir dipivoxil co-crystal comprises: a step of dissolving adefovir dipivoxil and a co-former selected from oxalic acid, furmaric acid, carbamazepine, L-gluamine, and L-tryptopane and forming a mixture solution; a step of generating adefovir dipivoxil co-crystal; and a step of collecting the adefovir dipivoxil co-crystal.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a bottle for unrefined rice wine having a gas discharging unit, which is sealed to package fermented wine such as unrefined rice wine, and primarily discharges only gas when a liquid is externally discharged due to a pressure rise caused by the generation of gas arising from fermentation or shaking when the bottle is opened, to prevent the liquid from overflowing. The bottle for unrefined rice wine having a gas discharging unit according to the present invention packages the fermented wine and installs a rotary bottle cap at an injection hole portion, wherein the gas discharging unit is formed at the injection hole of the bottle for unrefined rice wine to be separated from the injection hole of the bottle for unrefined rice wine after the gas is discharged and a liquid blocking mesh for passing only the gas is installed in the gas discharging unit.
