Abstract: 본발명은탈진장치의백필터에서그 탈진기능을향상시키기위하여벤츄리원리를이용하여탈진기능향상시킨탈진보조장치에관한것이다. 본발명의주요구성은, 상부에설치되는파이프(4)에형성된노즐(2)을통하여가압공기를불어서백필터외측에부착된분진을제거하는백필터분진제거보조장치에있어서, 백필터(1) 상단에, 내측유입관(7)과외측유입관(10)으로이루어지는탈진보조장치를고정설치하되, 내측유입관(7)은외측유입관(10) 내부에형성되며, 상기내측유입관(7)과외측유입관(10) 사이는연결편(38)에의하여연결되며, 외측유입관(10) 외주에는단차진구조의지지구(37)를갖는고정구(30)를설치한것을특징으로하며, 상기내측유입관(7)과외측유입관(10) 사이는틈새(13)가형성되는것을특징으로하며, 상기내측유입관(7)과외측유입관(10)은상부가넓고하부는좁은구조인것을특징으로하며, 상기내측유입관(7)은그 상단외주가벌어진형상이며, 하단은수직한형상이며, 상기외측유입관(10)의상단은내측유입관(7)의아래에서벌어진형상이며, 하단은수직한형상으로이루어지되내측유입관(7)의하단보다더 길게하부로신장되는하단부(15)를갖는구조인것을특징으로한다

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bag filter dust removal auxiliary device is provided to simply install the device with an economical price, and to improve the inflowing air amount under the condition of applying the identical pulse jet. CONSTITUTION: A bag filter dust removal auxiliary device blows compressed air through a nozzle (2) formed on a pipe which is installed on the upper side, for removing dust attached to the outside of a bag filter. A dust separation auxiliary device formed of an inner insertion pipe and an outer insertion pipe is fixed to the upper side of the bag filter (1). The inner and outer insertion pipes are connected by using a connection piece (38). A fixture having a supporter (37) with a stepped structure is installed on the outer circumference of the outer insertion pipe.
