Abstract:
본 발명은 펠티어소자를 이용한 고효율 수배전반에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 수배전반의 벽에 펠티어소자를 형성하되, 상기 펠티어소자의 흡열면은 수배전반의 내부를, 방열면은 수배전반의 외부로 향하도록 형성하며, 상기 흡열면과 방열면에는 열교환부를 각각 형성하되, 그 일측에는 송풍팬을 형성함으로써, 수배전반 내부에서 발생되는 고열을 보다 효율적으로 냉각시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠티어소자를 이용한 고효율 수배전반에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An air circulation hybrid distributing board is provided to discharge air from the lower part of a distribution board and make the air flow upward in the distributing board, thereby easily circulating air and increasing cooling efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An air storage(10) is placed in the lower part of a distributing board(100). The air storage stores air. A compressor is connected to the air storage. Blowers(30a,30b) are placed in the lower part of the distributing board. The blowers guide the air into the distributing board by the compressor.

A switching board with high efficiency using a peltier module is provided to reduce power consumption by cooling the temperature of a switching board without additional power. In a switching board with high efficiency using a peltier module, a heat absorption surface(4) is formed to face the inner side of the closure(2). A radiating surface(5) of a peltier element(1) is formed to face the outer side of closure. A heat exchanging unit is composed of a plurality of metal fins(6) formed with the fixed length and the metal fin is arranged horizontally on the absorption surface and radiation surface. A temperature sensor is formed inside the closure senses the temperature inside the closure. A ventilation fan driving control unit(13) of which one side is connected to the temperature sensor and the other side is connected to the ventilation fan(10a) controls driving power of the ventilation fan in response to a signal from the temperature sensor.

PURPOSE: A temperature and humidity sensing unit of a distribution board and an automatic control board and a temperature and humidity sensing and remote automatic control system using the same are provided to easily sense a temperature of a bus bar by using a temperature sensor which rotates at 180 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A frame(10) is installed on a distribution board and an automatic control board. A rail(20) includes a limit switch. A sensing unit(30) senses the temperature of the distribution board and the automatic control board. The sensing unit includes a temperature sensor(31), a sensor motor(33) and a sensor block(35). A driving unit(40) includes a first pulley(41), a second pulley(42), and a timing belt.
