본 발명은 특정 살조세균 또는 이를 포함하는 유해조류 제어용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는, 락토바실러스(Lactobacillus) 속 또는 락토코커스(Lactococcus) 속 살조세균을 이용하여 유해조류 증식을 제어하는, 생물 유래의 친환경적 유해조류 제어에 관한 것으로, 특히, 락토바실러스(Lactobacillus) 속 또는 락토코커스(Lactococcus) 속 생물의 새로운 살조용도에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A composition containing a certain algicidal bacteria for controlling harmful algae is provided to suppress abnormal proliferation of the harmful algae and to prevent damage due to the harmful algae and water pollution. CONSTITUTION: Lactobacillus sp. or Lactococcus sp. algicidal bacteria are used for controlling proliferation of harmful algae. The harmful algae cause water bloom. A composition for controlling the harmful algae contains the algicidal bacteria or a material derived from the algicidal bacteria. The material derived from algicidal bacteria is prepared from a petroleum ether, diethyl ether, chloroform ethyl acetate, or N-butanol fraction of the algicidal bacteria. A method for controlling harmful algae comprises a step of treating the composition to an area where the harmful algae exist.

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing an adipose tissue-derived adult stem cell extract as an active ingredient to prevent or treat dermatitis. The adult stem cell extract according to the present invention is particularly effective in relieving inflammation by reducing inflammatory factors in epidermis of a lesion and increasing immune regulatory factors, and improves clinical indices of atopic dermatitis, thereby being useful as an active ingredient of a composition for preventing and treating the atopic dermatitis.

CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating nervous system disorders contains an miRNA expression inhibitor as an active ingredient. The miR486 expression inhibitor is selected from the group consisting of an antisense oligonucleotide, siRNA, shRNA, and ribozyme which complementarily bind to miR486 gene. The miR486 expression inhibitor enhances NeuroD6 expression.

PURPOSE: A dedifferentitaion of adipose tissue stromal cells(ATSC) is provided to regenerate neuron and to enhance blood glucose. CONSTITUTION: A dedifferentiation of adipose tissue stromal cells(ATSC) into pluripotent stem cells contains 4-(3, 4-Dihydroxy-phenyl)-derivative(DHP-derivative) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The DHP-derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1 or 2. A method for inducing dedifferentiation of ATSC comprises: a step of culturing the ATSC; a step of culturing the cultured ATSCs in a medium containing the DHP-derivative or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof under a hypoxic condition; and a step of culturing under dedifferentiated ATSC culture condition.

The target sequence of Rex-1 is sequence number 17 or 18. A pharmaceutical composition for treating BCNU-resistance glioblastoma multiforme contains the siRNA which is specific to the target sequence of Rex-1 and BCNU as an active ingredient.

CONSTITUTION: A method for differentiating adult stem cells to GABAergic neurons comprises a step of culturing the adult stem cells in a differentiation medium containing a low molecular compound. The low molecular compound induces neurons, and is CBM-1078. The adult stem cells are derived from adipose. The concentration of the low molecular compound is 0.2-5 nM.

CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating neuropathic pain contains miR23b as an active ingredient. The miR23b suppresses NOX4 expression and enhances GABA expression. The pharmaceutical composition contains a NOX4 inhibitor. The NOX4 inhibitor is siRNA or antisense nucleotide of NOX4 gene or an antibody which is specific to NOX4 protein.
