    Abstract: The present invention relates to a CAC microfiber (Collagen-Alginate Composite Microfiber) for transplanting a graft and a method for manufacturing the same and provides the method for manufacturing the CAC microfiber comprising: a step for manufacturing CAC solution (collagen-alginate composite solution) by mixing alginate hydrogel, collagen fiber, and the graft; a step for making a cross linking solution containing divalent metal cation; a step for injecting the CAC solution in the form of core flow on the microfluidic chip forming a microfluidic channel; and a step for injecting the cross linking solution in the form of sheath flow on the microfluidic chip forming the microfluidic channel, and the CAC microfiber manufactured by the method. The CAC microfiber in the present invention has selective permeability, thereby protecting the transplanted graft from the immune system of a transplant recipient and maintaining the function of the graft and high survival rate so that being able to be useful as a support or a scaffold for transplanting the graft.
