Abstract: PURPOSE: A static monitoring apparatus for a medium-large-sized high-voltage motor is provided to monitor a high-voltage motor by measuring a winding resistance, an insulating resistance, and a dielectric loss tangent of the high-voltage motor. CONSTITUTION: A constant voltage supply unit(100) obtains DC power from AC power and supplies the DC power to a static monitoring unit. A winding resistance measurement unit(200) measure a winding resistance of a high-voltage motor. An insulating resistance measurement unit(300) measures an insulating resistance between a stator winding and an external case. A dielectric loss tangent measurement unit(400) measures a dielectric loss tangent of the high-voltage motor to diagnose insulating deterioration of the high-voltage motor. A signal processing unit(500) converts analog data to digital data.
