Abstract: 본 발명은 수지계 강화 천연석 제조방법 및 그 수지계 강화 천연석에 관한 것이다. 그 수지계 강화 천연석 제조방법은 불포화 폴리에스테르계 수지 1중량부에 대하여 무기계 골재 4∼24중량부, 경화제 0.01∼0.02중량부, 가교제 0.01∼0.02중량부, 촉매제 0.001∼0.002중량부 및 분말상의 안료를 포함하는 수지혼합물을 혼합하는 믹싱단계; 혼합된 수지혼합물을 몰드에 담고 균일하게 고르는 제형단계; 몰드에 담긴 수지혼합물의 표면부를 휘젖는 1차 교반단계; 1차 교반된 수지혼합물 위에 안료를 뿌리는 안료 도포단계; 안료가 도포된 수지혼합물의 표면부를 휘저어 꽃무늬를 형성하는 2차 교반단계; 및 꽃무늬가 형성된 수지혼합물을 압축성형한 후 경화 및 표면연마 처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같은 제조방법에 따르면, 기존의 단색, 다색 또는 칩을 이용한 수지계 강화 천연석 패턴 및 질감에 꽃무늬가 부가되어, 보다 다양하며 천연석에 가까운 패턴 및 질감을 갖는 수지계 강화 천연석이 제조된다.

이와 같은 제조방법에 따르면, 기존의 단색, 다색 또는 칩을 이용한 수지계 강화 천연석 패턴 및 질감에 흐름무늬가 부가되어, 보다 다양하며 천연석에 가까운 패턴 및 질감을 갖는 수지계 강화 천연석이 제조된다.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a resin reinforced natural stone having flowing pattern texture and a resin reinforced natural stone are provided to produce more various and natural stone like pattern and texture on a resin reinforced natural stone. A method for manufacturing a resin reinforced natural stone includes the steps of: mixing a resin mixture(1) including 1 weight part of unsaturated polyester resin, 4~24 weight part of inorganic aggregate, 0.01~0.02 weight part of hardening agent, 0.01~0.02 weight part of bridging agent, 0.001~0.002 weight part of catalyzing agent, and power type coloring pigment; smoothing the mixed resin mixture after putting it into a mold(2); spraying liquid coloring pigment on the mixture in the mold using a nozzle(10); stirring the surfaced part of coloring pigment sprayed resin mixture and forming flowing patterns; and hardening and polishing the flower pattern produced resin mixture after compression molding.
