Abstract: 본 발명은 무기계의 천연광물과 바인더 수지가 혼합된 베이스 컴파운드에 광투과성 칩을 일정한 두께로 삽입하여 일체로 가압 제조하는 광투과성 수지계 강화 천연석의 제조방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 기술구성은, 복수 개의 천연광물과 바인더 수지를 혼합하여 베이스 컴파운드(3)를 제조하고, 이 베이스 컴파운드(3)를 금형 플레이트(5)에 시트(sheet) 형태로 적재한 다음 진동 또는 진공진동으로 압축 성형하여 일정 강도를 갖는 수지계 강화 천연석으로 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 별도의 칩 압출장치(10)를 이용하여 상기 금형 플레이트(5) 상에 적재된 베이스 컴파운드 시트(6) 내로 광투과성 칩(15)을 수지계 강화 천연석의 표면까지 빛이 투과될 수 있도록 삽입한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A resin reinforced natural stone of light transmissivity is provided to show various lighting effects by transmitting light if a light source is installed. CONSTITUTION: A resin reinforced natural stone(R2) of light transmissivity comprises following steps. A base compound(3) is manufactured by mixing multiple natural minerals and binder resin. After the base compound is loaded on a mold plate(5) in the form of a sheet, the base compound is compressed and shaped in vacuum vibration so that the resin reinforced natural stone which has fixed strength is manufactured. Light-transmissive chips are inserted into the base compound sheet of the mold plate by a chip extruder(10).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供光透射率的树脂增强天然石材，以便在安装光源时透过光线显示各种照明效果。 构成：光透过率的树脂增强天然石（R2）包括以下步骤。 碱化合物（3）通过混合多种天然矿物和粘合剂树脂来制造。 将基础化合物以片状的形式装载在模板（5）上之后，将基础化合物在真空振动下压缩成形，制成具有固定强度的树脂增强天然石材。 透光芯片通过切片挤压机（10）插入模板的基底复合片材中。
