Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing monoclonal antibody using insects cells is provided to produce a large amount of diagnosis antibody and produce cheap and effective diagnosis kit. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing human cancer specific antibody protein using insecticidal comprises: a step of inserting a gene coding human cancer specific antibody into a vector; a step of culturing by transformed vector in E.coli; a step of isolating genome DNA from E.coli; and a step of producing antibody protein.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用昆虫细胞产生单克隆抗体的方法，以产生大量的诊断抗体，并生产便宜且有效的诊断试剂盒。 构成：使用杀虫剂生产人癌特异性抗体蛋白质的方法包括：将编码人癌症特异性抗体的基因插入载体的步骤; 通过转化载体在大肠杆菌中培养的步骤; 从大肠杆菌中分离基因组DNA的步骤; 和产生抗体蛋白质的步骤。
