Abstract:
본 발명은 LED신호등 원격 자동 검사 시스템에 관하여 개시한다. 본 발명은 LED신호등(300)의 구동을 제어하는 LED신호등 구동용 SMPS(310)를 포함하는 신호제어기(330); LED신호등 구동용 SMPS(310)로 검출 신호를 입력하는 검출부(340); 신호제어기(330)측 통신모듈(320)을 통해 전송되는 검출 데이터 신호를 이동통신망(350)을 통해 전송받아 검출 데이터를 처리하고 저장하는 호스트 데이터베이스 서버(360); 데이터베이스 서버(360)를 통해 수집되고 처리되는 검출 데이터를 통해 LED신호등(300)의 고장 유무를 실시간으로 판단하여 LED신호등(300)을 관리하는 호스트 단말장치(370);를 포함한다. 이에 따라 실시간 원격 상으로 도로에 시설된 LED신호등의 정상 작동 여부를 포함한 각종 LED신호등 구동 정보를 취득하여 LED신호등을 최적화 상태로 관리할 수 있게 된다.

액정표시장치용 스토커가 제공된다. 본 고안에 따른 액정표시장치용 스토커는 스토커 크레인과, 상기 스토커 크레인을 따라 승강하는 승강장치와, 상기 승강장치에 좌우이동 및 좌우회전 가능하게 지지되어 선반에 카세트를 반입하거나 선반으로부터 카세트를 반출하는 아암과 상기 스토커 크레인의 하단 사방에 설치되어 레일을 따라 주행하는 다수개의 피복바퀴를 포함하며 상기 피복바퀴는 외주면에 폭방향에 대하여 소정의 간격으로 형성되는 다수의 원주방향 그루브를 구비하는 금속휠과; 상기 각 원주방향 그루브에 끼워져 상기 금속휠의 외주면으로부터 소정의 단차만큼 돌출되는 다수의 탄성재 피복;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하기 때문에, 정지 및 주행시의 무게를 충분히 견디면서, 주행마찰력을 확보하고, 플랫 스폿(Flat-Spot) 상태에서도 카세트의 반입, 반출 등의 오류를 방지하는 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: A BNC connector with excellent signal transmission stability is provided to solve inaccuracy and disconnection of the prior signal transmission, by using a connection member and a fixing member between a signal core and a cable as a medium. CONSTITUTION: A signal core (42) of a BNC jack and a signal core (21) of a BNC plug are electrically connected with each other. Fixing members (47,26) are connected to the rear of each signal core respectively. Insertion cores (49,28) of connection members (51,30) are inserted to the end of the fixing member. Compression portions (50,29) for compression combining with the cable are comprised in the rear of the connection member. The compression portion removes a part of coating of wires (46',24') in signal cables (46,24), by the compression by a tool. The wire, whose coating is removed, is electrically connected to the connection member. A part, in which coating is left, is stably compressed in the connection member.

PURPOSE: A control box and a multiple interface control box using the same are provided to remarkably improve the workability of assembly by assembling the upper panel and a lower frame using simple one-touch operation. CONSTITUTION: A frame(20) includes both side plates(21) and a lower plate(22). A clamp fixing unit(23) is formed in the lower plate of the frame to fix a clamp. A fixing frame(26) is protrusively formed inside both side plates and a lower plate of the frame. An upper panel(30) is combined with the upper part of the frame. A bolt hole(32) is arranged in the frame combination unit of the upper panel. The upper panel and frame is manufactured by extrusion.

The present invention relates to a clamping device for training equipment, and more specifically, to a clamping device for training equipment in which clamping elements move in a diagonally upward direction by rotating a rotating lever while the clamping elements are inserted into slots to be closely fixed to the upper surface of the inner slots, and the rotating lever is restored to the original position for separation. According to the present invention, the clamping device facilitates inserting and fixing processes into profile slots with a one-touch operation, shows excellent durability since the clamping device does not become loosened due to the characteristics of abrasion-free clamping elements, and can be applicable for horizontal, vertical, and inclined profiles, thereby showing the characteristics of excellent applicability and fastening safety.

PURPOSE: A terminal strip and a control box are provided to prevent separation of a panel by forming a separation prevention step of an insulation sleeve and a protruded step of a conductive socket. CONSTITUTION: A conductive socket(230) inserts and accommodates a plug for signal input and output into a plug insertion unit in the upper part. The conductive socket includes a connection unit(232) for connecting to a board circuit in the lower end of the conductive socket. An insulation sleeve(220) inserts and accommodates the conductive socket into an insertion hole formed in the upper part. The insulation sleeve insulates the conductive socket with a panel. The panel includes a plurality of engagement holes engaging fixing the insulation sleeve. The insulation sleeve protrusively forms a stumbling ring jaw(222) having a diameter to engage with the circumference of the engagement hole in the upper end outer side.
