Abstract: A method for repairing a pipeline using an electrical heating material is provided to repair a concrete tube and a steel tube, and to employ a repair process even in a joint part having a high step. At least one heating member(13) and a molten member are stacked at the outside of repair equipment(20). The repair equipment is positioned at the damaged part of a repair pipeline(30). A press is exerted on the repair equipment, so that the heating member and the molten member stick to the damaged part of the repair pipeline. The heating member and the molten member are molten by an expansion process and a heating process. The heating of the heating member is stopped, cooled and stopped.
