Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an apparatus for fabricating cellular structural panels which properly finish and continuously manufacture the panels with a determined size and structure in a reliable manner and in one machine so that they are used in the building structure. CONSTITUTION: The method for fabricating cellular laminate includes steps of: applying plural strips of a flexible material in a regular line for the flowing-down along the moving path; applying one or more devices for supplying the sheet materials(70,72) so as to be adjacent to the moving path; moving the plural material strips forwards in the flowing-down direction; sticking each material strip to each other by using the folding system which gradually folds the material strips so as to come to the expandable cellular structure; supplying the sheet materials to a laminate forming station(68) so as to be bonded with the evenly expandable cellular structure therein; and fixing the sheet materials to the cellular structure in the laminate forming station(68).
