Abstract: The present invention relates to an internal arc monitoring device for a gas insulation opening/closing device capable of detecting an accident (i.e. arc) inside a gas insulation opening/closing device and accurately marking the position. The internal arc monitoring device includes: one or more partial discharge sensors which measure an electromagnetic wave signal of partial discharge generated when an internal arc occurs in a gas section of a gas insulation opening/closing device; one or more gas pressure wave sensor which measure a pressure wave signal according to the expansion of gas generated when an internal arc occurs in the gas section of the gas insulation opening/closing device; a data acquisition unit which receives the electromagnetic wave signal measured by the partial discharge sensor and the pressure wave signal measured by the gas pressure wave sensor and determines the internal arc, the cause, and the position of the arc from the received measured data from the sensors; and a transmission unit which transmits the measured data from the sensors inputted from the data acquisition unit and the determination data to a higher-level system. By doing so, it is possible to quickly react to an internal arc and minimize human resources and costs for maintenance. Abstract: Disclosed technology relates to a monitoring and diagnosis system of a cubicle type gas insulated switchgear. A monitoring and diagnosis system of a cubicle type gas insulated switchgear according to an embodiment of the disclosed technology includes: a cubicle type gas insulated switchgear which (i) measures degradation phenomenon of a gas section by installing a plurality of gas pressure sensors which are installed in each closed shielding part and a bus line part and measure gas pressure and a partial discharge measurement sensor which is installed at one end of a gas duct and measures partial discharge, and (ii) evaluates operation state and integrity of the shielding part by installing a coil pressure sensor for measuring integrity of a driving coil by being installed in the shielding part and a crosstalk sensor for measuring the position of a cross bar by being installed in the driving part of a circuit breaker; a slave data acquisition system (S-DAS) which corresponds to the cubicle gas insulated switchgear one to one, and is connected to the gas pressure sensor, the coil pressure sensor, the partial discharge measurement sensor and the stroke sensor electrically, and provides sensing data as digital data; a master data acquisition system (M-DAS) which receives and analyzes the provided sensing data, and judges degradation phenomenon and the integrity of the cubicle gas insulated switchgear. As a result, the monitoring and diagnosis system of a cubicle gas insulated switchgear can monitor and diagnose remotely, by measuring and analyzing the degradation phenomenon of the gas section and the operation state and the integrity of the shielding part in the cubicle gas insulated switchgear in real-time.
